Fencing Videos on Techniques and Training

What is Fencing
To see videos explaining the different swords and rules in fencing go here
Techniques

These videos have a superb analysis approach of reading the epee game. Great presentation. Very powerful to use it while fencing.

Bill Ronald's Speed and Agility Fitness and Footwork Training

For the full and ever expanding links to Bill and Sarah's Speed and Agility training sessions go here.

Training
Below are a range of excellent workout routines.

Hitting practice, with the additional benefit that it will also develop judgment of distance, and the confidence to extend the arm fully and for the feet to adjust to the appropriate distance, with the arm extended for the hit.

This is a great variation on the old Tennis Ball On String training; foot work and judging distance. Key points, balance (torso centred between feet), maximum feet to ground contact for stability (fast feet and small steps).
